Bad customer service

A 2 night stay! We checked in late Friday night only to realize the bed was wet from a drip from the ceiling room 302. DONOT STAY. Since it was late my daughters slept in the same bed as we had double beds per room. We immediately notified the front desk. We were told that they were waiting on a call from the GM. 24 hours later no GM no response. Upon leaving we requested a discount. NOPE! We were given a 15% discount on the return to this hotel and this hotel only we will not be returning. How dare they!

Awesome staff and clean rooms there were not any bugs in my room I checked often. Stayed here multiple times for a few days at a time. Very nice hotel. Worth the extra bucks when I can afford it.

The check in was very pleasurable thanks to Amber. She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very nice, but the drain in the Jacuzzi needs to be repaired. Also, the TV guide channels don't match what is seen on any channel. Also, the remotes don't work well at all. The shower could use more handrails. Same with the Jacuzzi. More USB plugs would be helpful. A table for sitting on the bed and working from the bed would be nice. Ice machines didn't work. Have soda fountain available for the morning breakfast. Some bigger pillows would be good. The shampoo/conditioner dispensers don't work well. They need a better design. There should also be a dispenser for liquid body wash liquid. The water pressure was low in the shower. There should be a shower wand available in the shower. Of course, I'm not a very good observationalist. My memory for details isn't very acute or accurate. I stayed at this property 15 years ago on several occasions. I booked the reservation because of this. I saw the yelp reviews later and was prepared to see a less than desirable state of the hotel when I arrived. This was not the case. The condition, cleanliness of the property was very good, professional staff. Its sad these reviews on yelp tell you something entirely different. Keep up the good work.

My stay was okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations based on the photos provided. The room was uncomfortable, and the water was cold at night when I tried to take a shower. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told the hotel was full and I would have to wait for the water to warm up again. Additionally, both the hallway and the room had a strong musty odor. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing particularly impressive. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient—right off the interstate—and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Lancaster visit

The staff was friendly. Housekeeping you have to call for service or for extended stays wait until the 3rd day. I waited no one came. No fresh towels or to empty the trash. I took the trash out to an outside bin. The breakfast included in the stay didn’t look great so I skipped it. Overall it was an okay stay. Next time I will choose a different hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is well taken care of, with a nice green space for pets. There are lots of options for dining nearby. It is right off the hwy yet it felt very safe.
