The alarm went off at 6 am on a Sunday when we booked the room was for us to sleep in. The front desk said at 8:30 maintenance was going to fix it. No point in staying there with the noise and just checked out

Everything was great i love staying at this place but the second time i stayed here the cleaning ladies came in to knock the door so hard at 9:30 am the came back at 10:30am it was so annoying we had the lock and they tried to open, obviously if its lock someone is inside and u stop knocking but no...check out was at 11 so we left before that... but everything was great

Brandie was the only positive about the stay. She had excellent customer service. Give her a raise! The hotel was rundown and stuffy. The carpet was dirty. It just felt like there was no air circulating which made the room feel damp. Definitely not what you would expect from a Hampton.
