Very friendly staff

Everyone greets you from the service desk person at the lobby, breakfast staff, and maid service daily. They really are super nice, helpful, and caring. I had nice conversations with Cortez, Tasha, and Svetlana . There was other friendly staff also but I didn't get their names. The breakfast was made with care. I stayed for an extended period due to construction on my house.

The air conditioner would not cool down the room the wifi didn’t work so couldn’t use that tried to call and have it fixed they told me I had to call a number sent to different people sat on the phone for 45 minutes before I gave up. Also construction was going on the front desk lady was super super awesome tho best thing about the trip

The hotel was really nice and freshly renovated! The beds are so comfortable too. Only thing is there currently remodeling still so we had to ice machines and a bit dusty in those areas but other than that it was clean, quite and I will definitely be back again.

I liked that improvements were being made to the 'Property' but there was 'by product' in the form of debris and garbage on the premises. Also, there were tv problems, wrong room, hotel management not following thru on a remedy they suggested... So much distraction taking away from enjoying this stay!

They have massive renovations ongoing since September 2024 yet FAIL to mention this on their website or in any emailed communication. My 3pm check-in didn't happen until 5:15pm. And, there were loud construction noises before 8am despite notices hung on various walls indication nothing would happen until 8am. I also emailed to ask for an early check-in and the facility NEVER responded.
