I called the day prior to check in with a question, super kind service over the phone. Check in, SUPER KIND service. Rooms were so spacious and had everything we needed. Great trip!

The carpet it the hallways was stained. The bathroom door looked like someone used a crowbar to open it. The coffee creamer in the room separated in the coffee. Overall the hotel looked a little rundown. Someone tracked in dirt to the breakfast area and after reporting it to the front counter the woman simply said there was someone doing the breakfast area and I assumed she meant it was their issue. She made no further comment. The bed was good.

The premises was clean and well kept, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I liked that it had a pool and hot tub, but they did both need cleaning. The best thing was that it had an elevator.
