It took a while to check in, staff member at the front was courteous, explained that they were new and not sure how to check us for in with a pet and someone came to help. When we got to our room and turned down the sheets there were actual pieces of dirt and all of the bedding was filthy! We called the front to request clean sheets, had to go get them and change the bedding ourselves. Also, the people above us were noisy and running back and forth all night. We’ve stayed here numerous times and this was the absolute worst and don’t plan on coming back.

Yes, it did. The room smelled of sewage. I was quite tired, and nobody was at the desk when I walked in at 7:00 PM. After several shoutouts, it took a phone call to get service. I was very tired, and chose to sleep in the room anyway, but used a towel to cover the shower and sink drains and closed the door to the bathroom. General feeling of uncleanliness in the bathroom, but the room was otherwise acceptable.
