Cold night and no promised breakfast.

I stayed here only because of the offered breakfast. It "wasn't delivered" that day and no options to offset costs at a nearby restaurant. The heater either didn't work or took too long but the lack of any additional sheets or blankets made it a long cold night. I wasn't expecting a Hilton but this is Encinitas and they won't be seeing me here again.

I wanted to thank the Manager of this property. I stayed one night and during the next day I developed some medical symptoms that pushed me to go to the hospital. My wife explained the situation to the manager and he took care of the case since I had reserved the room for two days and a deposit was pending in my credit card. The final result: the property charged me only for the deposit and waved the rest of the stay even though I had made the reservation through a third company. I am OK medically speaking and did not have to fight for a reimbursement. Thank you again.

The front desk staff was nice, but gave me a smoking room at first. Then I switched rooms and my window would not lock. Concerning for a solo female traveler. The bathroom and tub was dirty. No coffee in morning

You get what you pay for

For the price and location, not a terrible deal. However lobby area was run down and did not provide coffee or breakfast the majority of the days I stayed there. Bathroom faucet had rust and corrosion and carpet definitely did not seem sanitary. Would stay here again only if I had no alternative options.

The bathtub was either terribly dirty or stained and the bathroom floor was sticky. Several of the outlets did not work. The lamp on the side of the bed did not work. The room was very small. The carpet was worn. There was only one cup for coffee. There was also no kleenex in the room.

I honestly didn’t like anything about the property. The room was dirty and there was cockroaches. There was not enough continental breakfast for four people. The serving for the continental breakfast is one sandwich per person and one juice per person. This word than fine if there was enough for your whole party It was also very noisy in the early morning hours.

They have a new manager that wants $25 a day for incidentals, they don’t provide incidentals heck they don’t even provide the “breakfast” they say they provide. Took my money through expiedia had me removed by the sheriff when I refused to pay an additional $25 a day kept my money that I paid for the room. BE WARE DONT STAY THERE as if the roaches weren’t bad enough!!
