This stay was a combination of not so great for some areas and wonderful for others. Check in and dining in the restaurant were exceptional service! The bar service (in the casino) was the worst we’ve ever experienced. We were there for the NFL semi final and they wouldn’t / couldn’t turn on the sound for almost half the game, and just ignored everyone asking. To get a drink, the bar tender would not make eye contact, and when she did said I’ll be back, and wouldn’t for 20-25 minutes. The hotel was nice, and generally clean but some not perfect cleaning in the rooms (ie hard water build up on the shower doors, mirrors not wiped down), but beds, floors, linens etc very clean. The casino was nice, good machines and clean, a fun night.

My only two problems were the restaurant. My wife and I got food poisoning from the tri tip. The other is that the pool and hot tub, the reason why I choose that hotel were not open. Long story short, I left a whole day early because of those two things. I spend the whole night in the restroom with diarrhea and vomiting, so did my wife. That was horrible.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and well priced! Wasn’t sure how to use the breakfast voucher would’ve been nice to have had that explained a little better but loved the idea of them. It was just a bit confusing when we went to get breakfast on how to use them….

Room 213 has a few problems. First the hair dryer did not work. Secondly the noise from the rain water crashing down the nearby downspout woke us up at 1:30am and kept us up until the rain stopped. The noise was loud. The restaurant was excellent. Ate dinner and breakfast there. Would stay there again but not near a downspout.
