Do not stay here! We got home from our trip only to see an extra charge for $100. I called the hotel to ask what it was, and they said it was for a missing comforter. We literally bring in our own blankets so we don’t have to use the hotel ones, so why would we steal a comforter??? No one in their right mind would take a gross hotel comforter. The manager there was extremely rude to me and said she would not refund me. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running there, but don’t even risk booking this place unless you want insane extra charges for no reason.

Clean, renovated room. Good breakfast. Very nice overnight stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Only issue was the old electrical outlets in the room that were loose and would not grip/hold the plug when you plug something in (like phone charger.) Phone charger would simply just fall back out of the outlet after you plug it in. These outlets should be addressed as soon as practicable. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.

Was very happy with our stay here. The property was clean and safe. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, they even had a variety of foods that changed daily. We were put in an ADA room since we had requested the first floor. The bathrooms/showers in the ada room we stayed in would clog after a 2nd shower. This lead to a very wet and damp bathroom and we did notice that the carpet near the bathrooms were damp too afterwards. We did ask about changing rooms however they were fully booked, but the front desk attendant was very helpful and apologetic. He helped unclog the shower as well as cleaned up our bathroom area.

We were told that if we needed more towels etc, they were available at the front desk. I actually liked the fact we could leave our things out. Staff extremely friendly. They were constantly replenishing items at breakfast.

The property was ok. Nothing really stood out. Upkeep was average, and the breakfast was the usual Comfort Inn routine. We stayed a a number of non-chain motels on our trip, and the care, quality, and amenities were superior.

Clean and Comfortable

We made the right choice with this hotel rooms were clean. Pool was a big plus for the kids. They had a lot of fun splashing around in it. Parking lot was secure and well lit. We will be staying here again next time we adventure to Eureka and we recommend the hotel to our friends.
