It's great they have included breakfast. It's not gormet, and is light at times, but it still helps get the day started. I stayed a week and never once was my room serviced by housekeeping. Did I have to ask? Beds comfy, climate control good, love the murals--always keep them.

The mattress in 210 was the worst. Sinkhole. trash containers in hallways and outside flowing over. Breakfast choices poor. The staff were helpful. Found hair on floor in bathroom. Did anybody even clean this room. False advertising...the ad showed the convention center. We stayed here because of the ad. Really. Do not recommend.

A homeless person came into the lobby and took all the muffins that were out for breakfast, so there were none for the customers who paid for it. And nothing was done about it. That’s just wrong!

Think Motel 6 but worse. Aside from the lobby, the entire place is a dump. Staff was friendly but that was the only good thing about this place. Do not recommend.

C’mon… it’s Fortuna for Pete’s sake

Nice hotel to get a nights sleep with a n easy quick breakfast in the morning. Sure beats a campground. Right next to the eel river if you want a nice walk.

The pool was closed for repair....the bed sagged and it was uneven. The shower had mold. It was filthy under the bed. The bath towels were slightly larger than the hand towels. The bathroom mirror was taped to hold it together. Clock did not work. Frankly, this hotel needs a major infusion of money and it is an insult to label this "A Boutique Hotel." The cost was way overpriced based on the lack of basic quality. As a result, I am surprised that Hotels.com even lists this place and my wife and I now question whether we will use this website to find future lodging.

False advertising. The ad showed the gorgeous convention center a block away. Pool closed. All the trashcans in hallways and outside flowing over with trash. The mattress in 210 was the worst I've ever slept in. Sagging. Otherwise quiet, helpful staff.

The bathroom light was burnet out. Went to front desk several times. Finally i asked the housekeeper if she could find me replacement light bulbs and i would replace myself. The housekeeper brought me bulbs and i changed them myself. The housekeeper never came to make bed or change bathroom towels in the three days we were there. The breakfast bar is laid out in a corner with one 2 slice toaster that everyone is waiting to use. Buy and relocate the toaster to be more customer friendly.

This is not a boutique property. It is tired, run down, and used up. Needs major investment to improve building. South-facing roof shingles are shot. Entire building needs to be painted. Landscaping is mostly dead weeds. Parking lot has not been swept in a long time; dead weeds, leaves, and garbage were present. Mold/mildew in shower. Other hotels nearby were well kept and attractive.
