What a great place to stay when visiting family in Vacaville! The pictures online definitely reflect what you see in person. The breakfast was very good with so many options. There were 2 gluten free items which we appreciated. Udi bagels and blueberry muffins. The ladies who work in the kitchen are very nice and do a great job keeping it well stocked! The rooms are very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

All the employees were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. There were various breakfast options. Indoor pool was fun! I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable with an amazing big high definition flar screen television. Very clean, quite and relaxing. I was impressed.

Convenient Stay

I stayed here one night for a family event. It was a fast fast checking process with helpful staff. The room was quiet, quite large, and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I wold definitely stay here again.

Checked in and put my bags in my room. Left for a wedding rehearsal came back hours later and my room smelt like pot and the walls were so thin that the conjoining room door (which I didn’t ask for) I could hear the strangers next door talking normal and burping. I went and talked to the front desk and they said they were full and couldn’t do anything. Since I booked through Expedia I asked for a refund and rebooked another hotel. The pot smell was getting worse. I spent maybe an hour and a half in the room and the whole time I was on the phone with either the front desk or Expedia. The manager of the hotel wouldn’t refund my money for that night. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to find a new hotel because I was in a wedding and it was a holiday weekend. Then my dress smelt like pot. Would never ever stay here again! I’ve never had an experience like this and then to get charged when I left and checked out because of someone smoking!

When we arrived, we were told that our reservation was canceled because our card on file was not valid. We called Expedia, they had no idea. Apparently the hotel did send me a message in my spam email telling us to update the card, but no other communications after that. I wished the hotel communicated the cancellation to expedia so I could make another booking.

Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The only downside during our stay was that our TV did not work, and it was not able to be fixed during our stay. I contacted the manager about the issue, and she responded in a timely manner. I really appreciate her time and compensation.
