This is a newer property and well planned out. We travel a lot and we were impressed with the thoughtful design of room, style and cleanliness. However, we were very surprised at the "I don't really care" attitude of ALL the employees we interfaced with. Really turned us off and we'll think twice about staying at a Holiday Inn Express in future.

Exceptional Hotel

5 stars for cleanliness. 5 stars for modern facilities 5 stars for awesome, professional staff 5 stars for excellent service 5 stars safety in and around the hotel 5 stars for knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees. I have stayed at many other hotels in Vacaville, Ca and surrounding areas, by far without a shadow of a doubt this is the best hotel (of the same bracket) in the entirety of Napa, Solano and Yolo counties. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are welcomed and well taken care of and help with anything you may need.

This was our first stay with you hotel, as mentioned by the stars, the cleanliness was outstanding, the convenience of restaurants in the area was great. Breakfast may have been the only point needing attention. The provisions ran out before we were able to have a light breakfast for the day. Refills on coffee were plentiful, so that was appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.
