The Staff did not know how to check us in they are not well trained. It took 5 day for my charged to be completed they keep on changing the charges. Half the bill was on my credit card and the other part was on my sister charge card. Just very unprofessional and they didn't know what they were doing. Look like they watch the guest coming and going too much.

On the morning of January 26, while preparing to check out, my grandson discovered and picked up broken glass located in the narrow space between the mini refrigerator and the bathroom door. The shards were brownish-yellow in color and appeared to be from an empty beer bottle. He immediately suffered a deep cut to his hand and began bleeding heavily and continuously.
