I booked a deluxe room that had a bonus den type seating area and extra square footage in the room. I showed up front desk gave me a generic room w no compensation for the extra paid from either the hotel or hotels.com

There was nothing but 2 beds in the room. No lamp, no table, no dresser, no plug, no chair to sit in. No where to set your suitcase whatsoever except on the floor. Sorry I’m not paying money for an empty room with a bed.
