The room door wasn’t closing all the way unless you closed it hard. I had to push hard a few times to close it. Tub was clogged. When I showered my feet were submerged on water real quick because the water wasn’t going down the drain. That was gross.

To start my family and I had made reservation for 1 room with 2 beds, apparently the hotel oversold rooms and we got offered 2 single rooms. At this point my family and I are exhausted from our drive to get here. We agreed. Then we are told only one room was ready to give them about an hour to get the second room ready. Ok, we went to dinner and came back about 2 hours later to go into a room that had not been cleaned and ready. Went back to lobby to complain and the person at front desk said housekeeper was still cleaning and had until 5:30. I walked away passed a housekeeper and asked her how long until she got to my room. The housekeeper said she was done cleaning and when I told her my room had not been cleaned she followed me and said I'll get it ready. So now I'm waiting longer than expected. Finally I get my stuff out of my other family members room only to come into a room with NO working AC. Here I go again to the lobby to complain only to have the front desk person go to the room to see that it in fact was broken. He said he had another room available. (The one we originally had paid for) just to have my family pack up and move to the second floor . Although the staff was nice the hotel was one of the worst unorganized, dirty and lack of communication. Needless to say I will never return.

Not too bad for the price!

Would have liked more amenities in room, plastics ware, paper towels, salt & pepper, sugar and cream, lid for coffee cup. Otherwise the room was fine for my needs. Coffee in breakfast room was delicious. Office staff was helpful in straightening out the error in booking though it cost me more.?

I love this Hotel. The staff is always friendly. I love the continental breakfast. I work in San Francisco. I'm out of Portland Oregon so if I need a hotel I always stay at SureStay in Fairfield, CA.
