It was a good value with pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were nice and they were quiet.The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely return as we have family in the area.

There was not enough toilet paper or towels for the room. Had to go ask first son, even though they were very friendly. I feel they should be enough in the room for you. For the time that you stay.

The plumbing fixtures were broken & falling off in shower & sink. Unsafe 1/4" gap in front door - needs weatherstriping, especially in windy Fairfield. The noise from the freeway is constant.

Tub was chipping away or unclean, unsafe surroundings, people fighting in the parking lot, telephone innthe room missing keys, shady people hanging out in parking areas. Room smelled like smoke, door frame looked loke it had been messed with amd never fixed. Felt very unsecured and had to find another place to stay!!!

The good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway. The property is not well maintained or very clean. The power went out for well over an hour during our stay. The pool was closed which was a bummer because it is July and it was very hot weekend. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. There was hair on the sheets and the room smelled like a hospital, or nursing home. They did have us in a handicap room for some reason.

Hotel Motel Not a Holiday Inn

Nice location, I understand why the price is such as a Motel. Condition replicates Motel. Daily room-service check was not tended too, I had to ask for few needs. Clerk who registered me in and out, wanted to check the room first before checking me out. "I stated, is that what you do for every customer who checks out???" Checking the condition of room for who, what .. was spyware planted in my room by the corrupt false fraud invaders always stalking me that obviously got to her, Jessica's shallow head! I speak my Truth, I am meticulously sanitary and no doubt left room cleanest than most, not judging, even as checked in. Hello! Breakfast nice, snacks.

Terrible hotel

Worst hotel I’ve ever been, the room was dirty, full of mosquitos and roaches! The room was dusty! The bathroom was the worse part of the room beside the roaches. Also there was a lot of creepy guys at night drinking beer outside right next to our room and they were noisy.

Where to start? Ball of socks (not ours) under bed. Jutting out bed frame which we continually banged our feet or legs on so had to cover bed frame at bottom on floor with pillow. Freezer compartment in our refrigerator mostly blocked with ice so mainly unusable. Bathroom condition poor with peeling tiles and tired bath. Only conditioner supplied in bathroom. Sick on floor in car park for a couple of days and other litter. Ice machine out of order. A lot of overnight activity outside causing us to be woken several times during our stay. Appeared people staying in van in car park with dog barking over night and car bleepers going off with cars being locked and unlocked There were a few people on and off sitting in cars late at night. Someone taking a little dog out for a walk at 3 a.m. in the morning from the room next door (it seemed like the next room) and the person talking to it and then telling it to 'sit' very loudly as they past our room, then returning with it an hour later equally noisy. Breakfast very limited, poor options and done on a budget. To sum up, this is not a holidaymakers motel, seemed more like people were living there. Felt generally unsafe. All very sketchy. Don't normally post reviews but felt it necessary as warning to other holidaymakers.
