We rented out a room on the lower floor with 2 queen size beds. I've never been in a smaller bathroom. It was maybe 2 feet by 2 feet. There wasn't a sink in the bathroom, it was in the sleeping area. It was quirky, but ok, we dealt with it for 4 nights. The room was super tiny. It was just myself and my 2 kids so we dealt with it. The couple that checked in with their 3 kids next door on our last night sent me over the edge. Trying to open our patio doors and being ridiculously loud was intolerable. Not the motels fault. However it was a bit run down, the walls are super thin. I went to the lobby for coffee around 5am, they said the coffee wasn't ready until 5am. I went on a walk and went back around 5:30 and still no coffee...the employees were very nice. We highly enjoyed the location because it was just a short drive to downtown and you can walk to the beaches.

Do not stop if just staying from a night of travel. No A/C rooms so were stuffy and 1 room had a bad oder. Had to change rooms and open windows to air out. Not something you want to do after a long drive. No Food options. Internet access but did not work even after trying what front desk suggested. We booked 2 queens and a kitchenette. They had to close that room down and offered us 2 rooms. I asked her to pick the best rooms and without telling me booked 2 disabled rooms. Due to a strong sickening Oder we had to change out one of the rooms. A me u

I’ll be back!

This is my second time visiting the Beachcomber. I came back this time as part of a short getaway to relax and recharge. It was a great stay! The staff was friendly and handled any questions or bumps quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile. The view from my room provided amazing views of the sunset. I will keep coming back!

We were called and accused of smoking. We don't smoke. Had the do not disturb sign on the door and house keeping still knocked on the door to enter the room before the check out time. Even after we were called asked if we were smoking and we told them the time we'd be leaving.

This place was so darling. It was cute and clean. We loved walking out to the quiet beach and watching the sunset. We also really enjoyed renting bikes and riding up the coast to Glass Beach. It was a great stay, we would happily recommend and come again!

First time at Beachcomber. We really like that it's so close to the ocean and the bike and walking trails. We left our door open to get the fresh air and ocean sounds. The room was very clean and the staff were so helpful. We did not notice any noise from other rooms. The parking is a bit tight but outside of that we really liked our stay and would stay again.
