This hotel is just super quiet and serene. The view is perfect and its not filled with bright lighting outside. It has a restful vibe. Its not super fancy but its the perfect little getaway. We will go here again and again. This is our go to spot when we want to get away and justfocus on eachvothet.

This lodge is always great! Quiet private( as in not shared with other room) balcony, ocean view and, if you get it, a jetted tub. Beautiful trail to walk within steps of the rooms. This is our second time and we really love it. A quiet comfortable little retreat

Nice, clean rooms and a beautiful view, but no housekeeping regardless of how long you stay. You have to go to the front office if you need towels, and you also have to empty your own garbage. Also, check-out is exactly at 11, and they will charge you an additional $100 if you stay past 11:15, which I think is unreasonable and excessive.

Our room was nice and clean. The rooms are a bit dated but fairly bug for the rate charged. We stayed during a holiday weekend so the place was full the first night and we had no noisy interruptions. We checked in without problems. Our room was downstairs and as rhe name implies we had an excellent view if the waves and sunsets. There is a constant parade of walkers, cyclists, scooters, runners and pet owner/walkers right in front of the small sitting area facing the ocean but it is to be expected along the former railway/trail between Ft. Bragg and MacKarricher State Park. The view alone is worth trying this place out.

Room was clean and lovely.Amazing view! Bed was very comfortable. I had the room with the jetted tub and it was terrific. The room had a Keurig with coffee and everything which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
