Very nice staff

Staff is always pleasant- a pizza restaurant shares a parking lot with the hotel, which is convenient. The heating/AC unit can be kind of noisy if you’re a lite sleeper.

Clean and decent for one day

Clean room with decent bathroom. Breakfast was a wide variety of packaged granola bars, doughnuts and snack cakes. No hot food like waffles so was a little lacking.

The reviews are accurate. It's not the nicest place in the world but it is def not gross and we felt safe and happy with the choice to stay here. The front desk help was great. Important to note that it is not a traditional hotel breakfast. To the property, why even offer this breakfast? It's just a strike against you since there is an accepted definition of what 'free hotel breakfast' is and you aren't doing that. Instead, consider spinning this into a 'free snack' hour and focus more on chips. People would love it and see it as a perk and it's essentially the same amount of work.

Very reasonably priced. Quiet with everything necessary in room. Breakfast more like packaged snacks. Block out window did not go all the way down in my room and not really an ocean view. Overall, you get what you pay for.

When we got there the clerck changed my room reservation from king to queen room im not allowed to bring my dog in the king size room and gave me a queen size bed and charged me more then my original rate for king size room.

Clean and quiet are our requirements and they were achieved during our stay. Rooms were great, newer barhroom and flooring very clean and even on a very full MLK weekend so, so quiet! We could walk to cafes and shopping, all and all a very nice stay and price was amazing.

Great value and good service

The staff is very helpful and the grab n go breakfast items are fun (albeit not healthy - I.e. pop tarts, packaged pastries, etc). There is fruit, granola bars and juice too. In general the rooms are clean and updated but the heater/AC unit can be noisy.

It was a place to sleep

The room was old , clean , but not maintained . Bathroom window did not lock or shut properly . The front desk person, checking in , barely acknowledged us .

Not very good...

Not so good. The wood plank flooring felt mushy and was cracked and coming apart. There may have been an ocean view but the double pane window had ait/water leakage making them appear unclean and non viewable. The bed was comfortable, but the room just wasnt nice.
