The room was overall very nice. The sofa was in need of repair or replacement but really this was the only issue. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good with a nice dining area. If you don’t need to be right at the beach, I highly recommend this hotel.

I didnt like that the room was not clean only once requested. I Stayed for a week and a person only replenish tissue and throw out the garbage. I Had to ask for towels and tissue on more than one occassion. Also, when showering you only had a short time to shower because the tub drain continuously closed and jammed therefore the water couldnt flow down the drain.

Day time front office staff are phenomenal. Shadae was so helpful and courteous. The evening staff need a little bit more work on being more engaging and helpful. The rooms need more work. Upgrades on the furnishings should happen in the near future. Housekeeping should take just a little bit more time cleaning and disifecting. The breakfast set up was nice and filling. Overall, spruce up the rooms.
