The staff took forever to come to the counter. The lobby smelled like smoke. We got to the room and it was filthy. The whole place smelled like marijuana and the bed was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. We immediately asked for a refund and left the hotel.

The issue wasn’t the room or the staff. TBH, they did as best they could with what they were given, and then some. The “business center,” though, left something to be desired, and maybe it was just bad timing, but there were so many barking dogs around. I get “pet friendly,” so as I said, bad timing. But the room was safe and secure, and I had a decent WiFi signal for streaming. Maybe a wider refrigerator? And also check the thermostat, the one I had was a little warm.

the lobby was dirty upon my arrival. there were leaves on the floor, and i’m not sure if the main entrance doors couldn’t close, but the lobby was super cold. the room we stayed in had a stained comforter (probably blood stains.) i brought it up to the manager and was just given another comforter, instead of having the blanket replaced. in addition, the bathtub had rust stains from the handicap rail in the shower, and other stains i’m not exactly sure what they are. we were told breakfast began at 7am (on sunday), but we had to wait until 7:20 because it wasn’t finished being prepared. the staff member in charge of breakfast was rude to me and my sister as well. we (obviously) weren’t aware breakfast hadn’t began yet, and started utilizing the waffle machine, only to have the staff member tell us rudely, “i’m not done making breakfast yet, jesus christ.” i usually stay at la quinta, but this particular one was not it. definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The 1 bedroom suite with a pull out sofa in sitting area, is listed as sleeps 4. Unfortunately the pull out couch could not even sleep 1. Metal bars running across all three sections making it impossible to sleep. My husband is in town for medical treatment, which requires this type of sleeping arrangement for 2 adult guests. The room smelled of dog urine, multiple stains in sitting area (room 331) the side exit door that had a sign that said it was locked 24/7, use room key, was not locked ever. Lock non functioning. The front desk staff was very nice, and the lobby and breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

Hotel is a little outdated but it was clean. Clean room, clean sheets and towels. Smart tv was a plus! The front desk staff was super friendly as well. Would stay here again.
