Clean overall, good soaps and shampoos. Helpful front desk.Room was in ok /poor condition. No control over central heating/air unit. No room service for a 4 day 3 night stay? But I never did inquire about it. Lastly the breakfast was VERY limited.

The cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and dirt in several areas, giving it an overall neglected appearance. Additionally, the decor felt outdated and in dire need of a refresh, contributing to a lackluster atmosphere. Moreover, the staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive, making it difficult to receive the attentive service one would expect.

It was decent. Honestly, the shower was a mess and there the bathroom was an awful layout. NO ventilation at all, so no fan for the bathroom for steam or when using the bathroom.

This facility needs to have the hot tub working and the swimming pool, it's always out of service, regardless of the seasons which it seems that that's the reason why they "out of order". Also I have never paid any "early check-in" fees.
