I was charged for smoking in the room even though i dont smoke. I used the room for a few hours while working in the are Didnt even sleep there. Woke up to a 250 charge and the rudest manager who hung up on me multiple times. She threatened to ban me from all Hiltons. I will never stay there again. And just to be clear i Didnt smoke in the room. I Didnt even sleep in the bed. Didn't take a shower or use a towel. It's so outrageous to even have to deal with this. I paid 550 for a 250 dollar room for 4 hours. No mess was made. Oh and it was Thanksgiving morning to top it all off.

Not a five star hotel but definitely a five star stay. Room was remodeled nicely with many nice touches of detail. Bathroom was nice, large and so clean. There was a lighted makeup mirror and a packet of makeup remover. I really loved the nightlight under the bathroom mirror. I always like a nightlight. The bed was huge, the pillows were fluffy and there was a reading light attached to the headboard of the bed. I had a small sofa in my room with lumbar pillow and a large, cushiony ottoman so I could put my feet up. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I will certainly stay there again when I go see my daughter in college.
