Before getting into bed, I lifted the sheets and discovered multiple blood stains on the mattress cover. This was not a small or isolated spot—there were multiple, visible blood stains, which is completely unacceptable and extremely disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk to inform staff that I would be checking out due to this issue. The front desk attendant showed no concern, no urgency, and no care whatsoever. There was no apology, no attempt to offer a different room, and no acknowledgment of how serious or unsanitary this situation was. She simply took my room keys and sent me on my way. This occurred late at night, leaving me with no choice but to drive home. Thankfully, my drive was only an hour, but no guest should ever be put in this position. The lack of cleanliness combined with the complete indifference from staff is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff is great! Someone is always available at the front desk to assist if needed or just greet you when you arrive or are heading out the door. We have stayed in a standard room and junior suite. Both were very clean and enjoyable for each stay. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is an added perk with delicious food!
