Perfect home base for our family trip to Yosemite. Conveniently located near the Big Oak Flat entrance with so many great amenities for the family. The stargazing experience was well worth it and the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

The property is beautiful and very child friendly. Plenty of child friendly activities. A 10 minute drive to the west gate entrance of Yosemite. The spa and pool/hot tubs were a plus. The food was OK and they run out of menu items constantly which is not ideal since they only have one restaurant on the property and there are no other restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place, close to entrance of Yosemite, lots to do for the kids, family friendly, very busy at the pool- tons of kids (noisy, loud) difficult to get seating, great “store” with coffee, convenience items that are great options if you need.

We stayed at Rush Creek Lodge and had a fantastic experience. Although this hotel is clearly a dream spot for families—especially those with younger or teenage kids—it was perfect for just the two of us. After long hikes in Yosemite, it was exactly what we wanted: a beautiful, peaceful, high-end place to relax and recharge. The setting is incredible—you’re right in the middle of the national forest, and the lodge blends luxury with nature effortlessly. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, the food was excellent, and the outdoor areas (like the saltwater hot tub and fire pits) were top-notch. Highly recommend for couples or families looking for comfort and nature all in one.

This lodge is beautiful, family friendly, clean, and close to Yosemite’s entrance. It was the perfect stay. The staff were wonderful. I gave it a 4 because it is a bit pricey. I recommend their outdoor BBQ by the pool, that is all you and eat, it was delicious and the price was right. Thank you!

Convenient to Yosemite, just 3 miles outside entrance. Great dining options onsite. We ate at the hotel all 3 nights. Pool area and game room had a great atmosphere and the fire places were all around the grounds at night. Really cozy place to hang with family or just your spouse!

Perfect combo of comfort and lodge feel

This property is AMAZING! It combines the perfect amount of luxury with lodge feel. The pool was very large and heated. The amount of activities for kids was wonderful. There was a playground with a little zip line, long slide and tire style swing. Multiple fire pits worn nightly marshmallow roasting. Two jacuzzis. The staff were extremely helpful and sought to make our stay wonderful. The grounds were well kept and very clean. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.
