Service was amazing, very clean and spacious. Only downfall was the brightness of the room. We weren't able to close the blackout curtains as they were for decoration only and not functionality.

Very nice stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room with the King bed was so big and nice. Love the suite options! It was very clean too. Nice complimentary breakfast with lots of options.

Expedia did not update the itinerary with the hotel. All rooms are sold out at the hotel and near by hotels. I am highly disappointed. I have been on the phone for 40 minutes with two employees from Expedia and have not gotten any resolution.

Good for the area and what you pay for. I was nervous about some previous comments that mentioned break ins but figured I woild just risk it. The property manager is definately on rewriting the image of the hotel as staff was prompt to react to potential suspicious characters and i noticed they had a security detail at night for extra precautions. The hotel cant really do anythimg about the area but the certainly are doing all within their power to ensure the safety of their customers! The breakfast features different hot breakfast items each day in addition to a waffle making station. Me and m y husband took advantage of the onsight laundry and fitness centers which were very clean and accessible. Each staff member was fruendly and they were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. Would definitely recommend to a friend and book with them again
