We stayed in a single room, but we were given a connecting room. The room adjacent to us had two dogs that barked and yelped throughout the night and the connecting doors are fairly thin, so we could hear it making it difficult to sleep. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have a non-connecting room.

Breakfast: No fruit available. Eggs were maybe made from a mix and there wasn’t enough. No oatmeal left. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Screen to balcony didn’t slide properly. Top drawer of chest kept sliding out on its own. Water knob for sink fell off.

It's a old hotel. Couldn't find place to sit for breakfast( may be due to heavy rush of holidays). Overall, you could stay somewhere outside the city and pay less with newer hotels.

It was great, room service was great the staff are all very friendly. Not to mention the continental breakfast isn't your ordinary continental breakfast. I had a choice of sausage scrambled eggs waffles yogurt oatmeal fruits coffee juices ... in the end, saving us money by the end of our stay. We came down from orange county california and I would love to return to half moon bay. Specifically the lodge here . Thanks for adding to our great family memories ! Gym was adequate , sona , heated pool and jacuzzi people were literally in the pull by eight in the morning so heated properly. Honestly not one complaint. Thane HMB Lodge !!
