This is where we stay when we go to Kauai. The property is gorgeous and the hotel rooms are simple and harken back to the old days before the giant resorts. The area is very quiet but still fairly close to restaurants and the rest of Lihue. Very relaxing which is what you want when you go to Kauai.

I had the best time in Hawai’i and staying at Kauai Inn is part of what made it great. It’s a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The staff and owner were so helpful and laid back. They went out of their way for us multiple times and Im grateful to them. The breakfast they serve is delicious, my favorite is the fruit and croissants. The musicians they bring in are wonderful singers and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The animals running outside the hotel are entertaining. Surprise peacocks were my favorite. Honestly 10/10 for the vibe and the customer service. If I come back to Kauai hands down there is no other place I would stay.

The setting was tranquil. They have peacocks on the property that also gives it an exotic feel. The Inn itself is a throwback to the Elvis era - it’s old-timey and cool. The front desk was very accommodating. And the cherry on top - we came back from a long day of hiking and exploring to Star Wars playing on a big screen under the stars! Great way to cap off the day!! We’d go back.

What a great place and staff. I feel lucky to have found this great inn. We met the nicest people, had live music by the pool in the evening and a great continental breakfast before departing the next morning.

Kaua’i inn was very clean, conveniently located, quiet, and comfy. Loved that they had quite a few sweet “property cats” that loved to receive some lovins! They had a nice breakfast that consisted of coffee, pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt. They also lend beach towels which is nice but they also have a washer and dryer to wash your own if you bring it (or clothes).

It’s a very chill laid back stay, the staff was excellent. It’s not going to blow you away with beachfront views or an exquisite restaurant, but the rooms are clean, they provide a good breakfast, and it’s close to the airport
