We could hear bass from loud music in our room for a while. This lasted for about an hour before it stopped. This was the only negative. The room had great accent lighting and an exceptional shower. It was a little further from the freeway than I was expecting, but not hard to find.

We stayed over night for the Sting 3.0 concert. We were pleasantly surprised about the overall experience at the hotel and casino. We don’t gamble but took advantage of the steak house on site which was really nice. Beeare you should make reservations ahead of time to make sure you get a table. It was very busy and one of the few restaurants that was open. As for the room, The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was good size. There was a Keurig coffee machine and mini frig. There was also a couch and desk area. The closet was decent size. There was a fan in the bathroom that was on the whole time and I thought it would interfere with my sleep but it wasn’t a problem. The cooling system worked well and the blackout curtains worked considering we faced the pool and the main road. The staff was nice and accommodating. We asked for more water and they dropped off a dozen 10oz bottles which was generous but I wonder if there could be a more eco-friendly alternative. Please note There’s nothing else around the area other than a gas station and convenient store across the parking lot: a drug store was a mile up the road. Some of the casino restaurants were not open for breakfast as it was during the middle of the week. So again, be prepared. We didn’t eat breakfast on site and just headed back to Sacramento. There’s a 24 hour cafe/coffee stand in the hotel for a quick bite. The pool was cold and only opened from 9am-10pm. The workout/gym facility was nice.

Everything was really great all the staff were super friendly and helpful the room was quiet. Went to a show and the shuttle service was perfect. Only issue is the AC didn’t get cold enough so staff brought up a fan and it helped a lot.

Not worth the price

For an upscale hotel/casino I was not impressed with the service or the price. Almost $300 on a week night and arriving at 5pm tired and ready for a shower and nap only to be told our room wouldn't be ready for at least another hour even tho check in is at 3p. No offer to discount our stay or upgrade us to an available room. We sat on the floor of their lobby with all of our bags for almost an hr and a half for a room. At which time I requested a first responders discount and they denied it. Our room has garage left in the restroom and the Keurig had old used pods in it. The only options for dining were poor. The Hard Rock Cafe was over priced and the food was subpar. Ordered a specialty cocktail that was supposed to come with a keepsake glass, never got it. Over all would not stay at the hotel again even if it was only 3 minutes from our event.
