For being connected to a Wyndham name you would think the beds and rooms would be in better condition me and my wife had a tv and no remote and our aunt had a remote and no tv

Review and refund request

This stay was terrible. We took photos. There were people living there and had junk all outside the doors. There were bugs in our room. The sheets were stained. The floors were dirty and broken. It was a terrible stay. We would like to find out how we can get a partial refund for the inconvenience as we spent several hundred dollars to stay there.

There are so many bugs, family member got stung by a bug at 1 am on the face. Roaches galore! Front desk lied about sending a maintenance worker never did. Noisy and lots of foot traffic and dangerous activity all day and night.
