The staff were super helpful and friendly. However, the first room assigned smelled like smoke. The staff kindly changed my room and called to ensure everything was okay with the second room. Although the room looked clean, it had a mildew smell to it. Unfortunately, i did not feel comfortable and luckily have family in town i was able to stay with. I contacted the office the next morning tk let them know i was not going to use the room. They suggested, i request a refund for the following nights hoever, i used a third party and did not purchase the insurance.

Yes . Front desk and all personnel where very courteous My only complaint is that I haven't gotten my deposit(s) back . It's been over a week from my first visit . I would recommend using cash for deposit
