The heater was making a very loud noise when running and when it stop stopped it stopped running it made even a louder noise. My daughter and I didn’t sleep at all. The next morning we asked if we can change rooms and the guy said no. I told him we have a long drive home and I need a good night sleep. He said he would have someone look at it. Well that didn’t happen. We got back late. Went to bed and had to deal with the noise. I had to make many stops because I was so tired. I’ve stayed here before but never again. The pool was not working and our TV was not working. The bed was uncomfortable. I don’t know what’s happening to this place. They don’t care about there customers. I do have a video of the heater noise I going to post.

The room was dirty. Hair all over the shower and dirty sheets. There were parties going on all night in two different rooms it was loud smelled of weed and beer and people running up down the hall all night.

You could feel every spring in the mattress. Mold could be see in the bathroom in a few places like above the shower on the wall. Garbage piled up outside around the hotel. A party of about 10 kids were up all night Saturday night being loud with their window open. We had a friend staying with kids in another room and they had the same issue with their room.

Stayed here 3 different times. Had a different room each time. Every room had flies in them. One room, the sink clogged, another room, the bathtub clogged, last room, the toilet clogged. And breakfast isn’t served until 7am.

The room was as expected.The shower pressure and hot water were both excellent. The night time staff was super friendly and when i rang the bell for assistance,he was right there to help me and more than once.
