Very Pleasant

We enjoyed our stay. Had a room overlooking the Oasis pool and bar. Saturday night the pool area was extremely noisy with some apparently watching the big fight very loudly. We were very tired from our day's activity and did fall asleep quite quickly. The pool gate said it was closed at 6 but there were people there well after. We enjoyed the Dive In Movie and the free popcorn. Overall it was a good stay.

Overall, we had a short but very enjoyable stay at the Riviera. Breakfast each morning poolside at the restaurant there. Food was delicious and staff all throughout the resort were very attentive and polite. We used the gym and the pool and enjoyed them both. The spa looked nice, but didn't have time to use it. We would definitely return. We stayed at the Four Seasons this year in Hawaii and we know what excellent hotels looks like -this was wonderful and very good for the price.

The pool was so dirty, it was gross. I’ve been so many times to this resort and the pool has never been dirty like that. It’s a shame to spend all that money and not get what you paid for.

Check in was handled terribly. I showed up at 10:30 am and wasn't given a room till 4:45pm even though check in is guaranteed at 4pm. Once I checked in I went to my room and tried to shower but I then realized there were no towels. Throughout my whole stay I requested towels and they were never sent. I called multiple times even went to the front desk and they didn't rectify the situation. Overall bad experience won't be going there again. The concierge were nice people but seems like the management team had no clue on how to handle the situation and not once did they contact me to make things correct.
