Amazing

Very small, but modern rooms.

Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel in convenient location for landmarks. No negative points

Friendly staff…. Be careful at breakfast as it was very busy the time we stayed …. Rooms are tired….maybe a redecoration is needed

We initially were given a room with no view but we paid for a room with a view. This was rectified quite quickly. There was a smell of sewage in the bar and lobby area. The down stairs toilet was out of action so that was the suspected cause of the smell. The location was great and the view once we got one was fab
