The stay was terrible, I did not wanted to stay in the hotel at all and regretted my decision. Giving it 2 star only because of the customer service, the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were extremely sub standard, and we had to change two rooms. The previous rooms did not have working lamps and had a bad smell. Breakfast was not worth having due to very limited options and even the food was not fresh and felt like tinned food. This hotel should not be associated with Best Western in my opinion or rectify their hotel star rating to 2 star.
The first room we were given was insanely small, dated & hot and only had fan that went to medium speed alongside a tiny window for ventilation. So we went to reception asking for our money back as we were not comfortable staying at the hotel. However the employee Icrah (apologies if spelt incorrectly or not correct name I can’t remember fully) was most helpful when went downstairs to query about a refund. She showed us 5 other alternative rooms until we were satisfied it was suitable for us & even gave us extra fans and brought up the new keycard to the room for us. For the price it does the job & is extremely however I would only recommend if all you plan to do is sleep there and not spend free time there as it is not the most comforting place to be.
Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpfull. Family room small but adequate and it was well maintained. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and was good. There was no parking at this hotel but was provided with parking just round the corner at their sister hotel. On the whole a nice hotel that I would definitely stay at again if in the area.

Rude staff, arrogant , not willing to help in any way, won’t recommend
Hotel is located a very short walk from Ilford station which affords a quick and easy access to Central London on Elizabeth Line. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurant around plus the hotel has one in the foyer
Lovely, attentive staff. Nothing is too much to ask. Had my breakfast freshly cooked to order which was a nice touch. perfect. Will definitely return.

Avoid if you are traveling by car
We arrived to find the Hotel on a busy London road with no place for vehicles to stop for a few hundred yards at least. I double parked at risk in order to run in and ask where their parking is, I was directed to a sister property a couple of blocks away. I arrived there to find no parking either but an employee moved their vehicle so that we could park. I had emailed prior to my arrival and was reassured that there would be a parking space. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Our room was hot so we opened our windows for some fresh air. We had a flight early next am so went to bed at 930pm for a 445am wake up. We listened to the people in the next building talking and yelling till about midnight along with the tv in the next room. At 430am we had someone walking around upstairs loudly but we were on the top floor, I suspect it might be living quarters for the staff? We slept terrible and it made for an extremely long day today with our travel. In addition the traffic noise was non-stop but we were unable to close our windows due to the room being very hot.

Manager is efficient and fair with dealing with issues. For example, I’d asked for someone to remove a dirty old pair of underwear that was on the landing outside my window which was dealt with swiftly! I was also considering furthering my stay and he explained options clearly.
On Expedia it did say “access to a nearby indoor pool” this was not the case and disappointed my 13 year old son somewhat as he loves to swim!
I did not like the breakfast I’d brought from the cafe. Enjoyed the fresh orange juice. However the buffet breakfast which I saw in the morning did look nice.
I really loved the placement and some of the designs of the mirrors around the hotel. Also, there were other design elements I liked.
Overall decent stay.

My booking made via Expedia was cancelled and I was not notified, but the manager on duty was helpful. However I had to pay a £100 deposit which was not part of my original booking. Lets just say do not expect much from the hotel a lot work needs to be done and the cleanliness is extremely poor, lots of dead bugs in the corners and the room carpet was disgusting.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room at a great price.

we were originally told we would receive a partial refund back but then told No Refund
I will not be using Hotels.com again certainly not paying in advance the whole service was un helpful just keep messaging saying the same and avoiding the issue
The facilities at this hotel is far below standard and hence I could not stay , the surrounding was dirty,&noisy The photo on the Expedia website is not as the same as the outside of the hotel .Please provide a refund
On arrival i was told there was no parking for my car. When challenged, parking was found at a different location. When i arrived at the hotel to check in i was told to pay £100 deposit, which i was not aware of. At 1:30am the fire alarm went off and again at 7:30am, the fire alarm went off again. This disturbed me and my childrens sleep.
Room was extremely hot, even with a fan and the window open. Toilet wasn't cleaned before checking-in. TV didn’t recognise freeview channels.
Other than that, room was in good condition and staff were friendly.

it's ok but sleeping light for room must be added. also don't make money by using and keeping your customers deposit for 3 to 5 working days. I checked out on the 10th May 2025 but till now, 14th May 2025, I check my bank account the money(£100) has not been given back to me. What a shame.

Was charged twice for the room
The hotel itself was fine however they claimed they were not able to process our credit card. They insisted on cash which we had to pay then when we reviewed our credit card statement saw that they have also charged our card so we’re scammed for two payments
