great place on the beach

This property was very clean, the owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions. You have the ocean about 20 feet in front of you with great view of the sunsets. There are restaurants nearby and very quiet neighborhood.

Extended Stay

This property has a great view. Everyone in the neighboring condos are friendly and helpful. There is parking for full trucks which was my concern. Since IB is nearly all street parking. Walking distance to everything in IB. Quit which I like Overall a great experience! Except This year's weather !

Great spot, amazing neighbors

This is a hidden gem. Robert the owner was so accommodating and nice. The other people in the other units are all full time residents and made the stay extra special. The view from this location is hands down top of the line. We got to see dolphins everyday atleast 3x, seals, and amazing sunsets all from the comfort of our chairs! Highly recommend!
