Beautiful hotel & beautiful room with a lot of space!!

Excellent hotel

My family & I were extremely excited for our stay here to be extremely disappointed in the end. For what we paid for not worth it. From the moment we checked in we had problems with our check in which I did not understand when we communicated with the hotel a month or two prior from our stay. The 2 rooms we had are outdated only thing that was outstanding was the view of the tower. House keeping 10/10. The sky tower restaurant is where it got slightly weird and uncomfortable for my family and I. We wanted to check it out to make rsvp for my birthday but the lady in the front said everything was booked and bar area as well. She stated they closed at 9pm so of course we left and came back the following day. We checked in with the same lady and once again she tried to tell us it was completely booked. we clearly saw available seating at the bar she tried to make us pay for a view when we told her multiple times we wanted the bar area that was free. Took us 15-20 mins to be seated when no one was there or waiting. The service at the restaurant was clearly not it. Throughout our stay we felt ignored and profiled. We weren’t sure if it was because we were Americans or Hispanic or even both. In the end of check out they tried to charge us for something that we never took from the fridge. By then I was extremely happy to be checking out from the hotel but sad that our trip was ending in disappointment and anger from our stay.

Everything clean up kept and staff was helpful nice

I recommend this place as a tourist from America who doesn’t speak English. The location was near Shinjuku station for easy access all over Tokyo. The staff was friendly.
