The staff were friendly, check in was easy, hotel was kind of clean, room was clean, towels were like sand paper very uncomfortable to dry off with, beds were soft and comfortable, breakfast was good except for the homeless man trying to take items with his dirty hands.

I was charged $50.00 more on credit card than my receipt email showed. I had to take a cold shower. No hot water in shower. My room was on a very busy street and it sounded like vehicles were in there with me. Now i cannot get thru to a real person to find out about billing discrepancy.

Great room!

The room we got was super clean and the bathroom was VERY spacious! The beds were comfortable. Everything we needdd was stocked. There was even a chaise lounge for reading! Loved the Keurig coffee maker in the room. The lobby had a coffee machine that ground individual cups of coffee. Breakfast area was clean and well organized. Our stay was very pleasant.
