No había agua potable. La tienda y el restaurante no tenían suministros y el primer día estaban fuera de servicio. El desayuno no fue operativo el segundo día. En general, la propiedad necesita mejor gestión.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
it was available during busy weekend and on short notice.
What you would expect from a mountain resort. Front desk and country store closes at 8 PM and the nearest food options (not great) are about 40 mins away. Buy some ramen from the store and spare yourself a drive.
The staff was very snotty and unfriendly. The restaurant had only one employee working it and serving the customers. The continental breakfast was cold. They didn't start serving until 8:00am.
Property is convenient inside the park. Dining room was closed for dinner with no advance notice and nowhere else near to eat. Room was no frills and barely clean. Front desk and store closed at 7 pm. Staff were nice.
Nice stay in the park. One drawback is you have to drive elsewhere for dinner on some nights and the roads are along the mountain. When we stayed, the restaurant was closed Wednesdays and Tuesdays. Breakfast was hot and tasty and available every day.

Liked: Cleanliness
The location of this lodge wins. It is in the park and in the woods. It is perfect for exploring half of the park one day then continuing on to explore the other half the next day. The dining room is quaint and has excellent food, but for limited hours.
The staff wasn’t very friendly. It was cold in the lobby. There was no bar as advertised. There were no lamps in the room. Only really bad overhead lighting. No plugs in the room and it took 15 minutes I repeat 15 minutes to get hot water.
