Bed wasnt comfortable, gave me back ache having alept in it for 2 nights. Not enough tiolet paper in the room for 2 days. Had to ask for another pillow as advertised only one on the bed. Cleaners didnt clean the room, used same towels for 2 days. Fan in bathroom sounded like a freight train. The shampoo was low grade, no conditioner or body wash in the room. Hardly any milk for tea ans coffee, just 4 small pods. Tea was cheap and nasty and tasted awful.

I was given a room suitable for someone with a wheelchair which was fine quite spacious in the room. The bathroom though is not renovated like the other rooms and bench space is not as good.
