The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking is a big plus and property appears clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out was quick and drama free. The rooms could use updating but otherwise they seemed clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Very easy location with walkable dining options and plenty of parking. It seemed like a relatively safe area. The breakfast was sub-par. The only protein options were yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Very carb-heavy.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its reputation, but unfortunately, it’s very overrated. When we arrived, we were assigned a dirty room. While the staff did offer to change it, we had to move all our luggage ourselves, which was frustrating after a long trip. Every single day, our room key stopped working, and we had to go back to reception to get it reactivated—an ongoing and very annoying issue. The hotel is outdated and poorly managed. Room cleaning wasn’t done properly. The only real positive was the breakfast, which was good, and the location, which is convenient. Overall, we didn’t experience any serious issues beyond those mentioned, but the experience didn’t live up to the hotel’s reputation.
