I booked a one night stay at this hotel on Expedia. Soon thereafter, I recieved a confirmation email. The indignant woman working at the front desk claimed she had “no record” of the reservation and proceeded to tell me that she had sold all of the rooms for that night. I then showed her my confirmation email. Then, after shivering in the cold for an hour while she “called Expedia” (she had a nice climate controlled lobby to call from and made me wait outside), she dropped the boom and told me that I wasn’t going to be able to stay there. It seems to me like she made an error…she sold my room to someone else, likely a “walk up” guest. I learned all of this right around midnight and I then had the privilege of scrambling to find a (very expensive) alternative hotel room for the night. To say this was unacceptable is an understatement, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

This Motel, not Hotel was the worst I had ever stayed in. This "smoke" free Motel reaked of smoke, inside and out. There were also cigarette receptacles on every wall - why if it is a smoke free place. The beds were so old, linens and carpet filthy and smelly. The refrigerator and on wall air conditioner unit was broken. In spite of that, they charge a $2 daily energy fee- for what if nothing that uses energy works??? The room also was crawling with roaches. The second night of my stay I was locked out of my room and had to go all the way back downstairs, wait in line for quite awhile as there was only one person to help-get my key reset and have to take my suitcase all the way back. The smoke smell made my throat hurts. There was not even a coffee pot in the room and the few pieces of furniture were old and broken and damaged. The sink and tub were stained. I had no choice but to leave a daily early due to the smoke and roaches situation. Upon looking at the reviews again online, it appears that the Motel has forced fed false reviews to make the rating look higher. Please, please, please no longer continue to offer this property to customers, it should be condemned and closed for business!
