If you like majestic sunrises, tranquility in the natural splendor & beauty of the Coachella Valley and spectacular sunsets over the Santa Rosa Mountains this beautiful home on the 8th Hole of the world-famous Arnold Palmer course is perfect for you! Once you arrive to beautiful PGA West, you’ll want to explore your surroundings. Head over to Ernie’s Bar & Grill for drinks & appetizers as you soak in the beauty that surrounds you. Or bring your camera & be ready to spot a herd of endangered Bighorn Sheep that love to wander down the Mountains looking to graze & feed on the lush greens. They can be seen gathering near the canals or under big shade trees taking a rest. It is quite picturesque & fun for all ages!

Is PGA West on your bucket list? Well, this is the place for you! The PGA West community is the golf enthusiast's dream destination, home to 6 legendary courses grounded on 2,000 lush acres. You’ll will be able to book tee times at 3 of the courses: the TPC Stadium course (where the pros play at the annual PGA event) Jack Nicholas Tournament course & Greg Norman course (also where the pros play). The condo is located on the famous Private Arnold Palmer course. They are all first-class pro courses. Prices may vary depending on course.

Once you enter through the beautiful new Mahogany and glass front door, you’ll find our condo is extremely comfortable with many points of enjoyment! First, you’ll want to head directly to the kitchen where a complimentary, celebratory bottle of champagne is waiting for you! What a great way to kick start your vacation & tour the house with bubbly in hand. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets & granite counter tops. It certainly makes it easy to cook a delicious dinner in this fully stocked kitchen. You can sit at the dining table with room for six & be drawn out towards the magnificent view of the lush greens & those gorgeous Santa Rosa Mountains!

• CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THIS VIEW!•

We wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner outside on the glass patio table with the stunning unobstructed views of the towering Santa Rosa mountains and the signature citrus trees that line the fairways with their vibrant color and pleasant fragrances! If you sit long enough, you should spot ducks, Canadian geese, hummingbirds, woodpeckers and golfers to entertain you all day. There’s nothing better than watching a sunrise or sunset in this tranquil space!

• PERFECT SPACE TO UNWIND•

You’ll want to relax in our living room where you can put your foot up and feast your attention on the views outside, curl up with a great reading book & turn on the inviting fireplace or relax your mind and watch your favorite sports or movie on the 60” flat screen TV!

• BEDROOMS ARE YOUR RETREAT•

In the evenings when you’re ready for sleep, you’ll have your choice of 3 bedrooms. The Primary Suite is at the back of the house with it’s private, spacious bathroom and California King size bed with the most comfortable mattress. You’ll be able to enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the secluded, quiet patio each morning surrounded by bougainvillea & the sound of the palm tree fronds moving in the breeze. The other soothing guest bedroom is across from the master bedroom & includes its own private bathroom as well. This room also has a California King size bed & a very comfortable mattress as well. The last bedroom is down the hallways toward the entry to the front door. It doubles as an office space with a full size pull out sofa bed, closet, TV & bedroom door. All lovely spaces to rest after a long day of playing in the beautiful desert oasis. Enjoy our whole house water softening & filtration system too!

Your own private code is pre-programmed for your arrival. No need to keep track of keys. Once inside, you’ll notice that our thermostat is also programmed for your arrival, ensuring either a cooled down or heated home for your comfort.

• BRING YOUR DOGS ALONG TOO•

Do you have dogs at home that give you those big sad puppy eyes when they know you’re getting ready to go on vacation without them? Well don’t worry, bring your furry family members along with you as this house is DOG FRIENDLY. You’ll just have to familiarize yourself with the pet guidelines which are in the rental agreement to ensure a pleasant trip for your family, dog(s), the neighbors & future guests. (Property not suitable for those with severe pet allergies)

• A TREAT FOR SNOWBIRDS•

Guess what? You get to bypass taxes with us! When you book your vacation rental for a 30+ consecutive nights stay, tax rates no longer apply. The city of La Quinta is letting you off the hook! ✦There is one mid stay professional clean required by 30+ day guest at current rate posted.✦ Long term renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in for full refund. We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance, specifically "Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage on your own or through VRBO, if worried.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT•

Once booked, you will be required to complete a simple digital rental agreement by DocuSign within 24 hrs. (It's much easier than snail mail) This way you’ll be educated about our house rules, the city ordinances and PGA West HOA rules that we must all adhere to in order to have a good time vacationing on the grounds of PGA West. You’ll want to avoid fines at all costs, right!
