I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but I was disappointed when the front desk staff told me they could not add my Holiday Inn Priority Club member number because the reservation was made through a third party (Hotels.com).
During my stay, the manager sent me a welcome message and mentioned that I could reply if I had any issues. I responded to that message to ask whether this information was accurate, but unfortunately, I never received a reply.
That said, the hotel itself is very nice, and the breakfast was quite good. I would stay here again. I just wish I had received clarification, as I still don’t know whether the information I was given was correct.
