1. Check-in time is unreasonable, 4:00 PM is absurd 2. Clearly not the place for you if you like to have a great sleep, there are no blackout curtains. 3. Shower water kept changing during shower from luke warm to cold. while sink water stayed hot. Bed was hard as a rock. Floor was dusty. Towel rack unusable not attached to wall. Sawing and hammering started 8:30 am next to our room #1. was told workers won't get there until 9am.

It seems the motel was recently acquired from remote owners. The room we stayed in was not good at all. Most modern motels have AC so you expect it. This motel only has small AC units in the upstairs units. Our room was hot, sink did not drain, the cheap fans they give you are loud. They leave the lights on all night and the shades are trash so you have light in your room all night. I would avoid. Ballys has great rooms.
