Staff was exceptionally friendly. Certainly a Best Western and not a Kimton but room and common areas were spotless and comfortable, fantastic heated outdoor pool with giant hot tub and breakfast had lots of personal touches to set it apart from the standard free hotel breakfast rhelm.

Breakfast service was terrible, it cannot accommodate more than 20 people and no option to take breakfast to your room. So you are left waiting to get a table to sit.

Great for families but not for early birds

Easy check in that can be done in advance of arrival. Requested and was approved for a 2nd floor room during check in, but was still given one on the first floor. Regrettably, I didn’t bother bringing this up since I was so tired. Having said that, I could hear the people above me walking around their room and also hear children running around in the hallways. Fortunately, I didn’t hear much of either between 10pm-6am. Besides the issues with the poor sound insulation on the hallway floors my stay was generally comfortable.

it was great to have a restaurant across the street so we didn't have to drive for dinner. The pool and hot tub were loved by the 12 year olds. Also nice that a bbq was available, though we didn't use it. The breakfast was awesome. And the staff loaned me a pair of scissors and a bottle opener. I thought I would have to go buy these items.
