I’ve stayed here before so I can speak to how it has held up (3 years ago). The small hotel is in good shape. The room I stayed in was small and very clean, modernized with minimalist features and comfortable. The bed was firm enough for support, with 3 big fluffy pillows and clean sheets. At night it was quiet (although I did hear some sort of machinery during the day on the wall in the back of the room). The room has blackout curtains and is well lit on walkways in front so that if you come in late enough, it is safe.
Coffee & tea are offered in the mornings. This location is very centralized around a lot of eateries and action. It is a short walking distance to Stateline and stores, with the shopping center directly across the street. I found this helpful as I forgot a power charger for my devices.
The only comment I would make for the property to improve is to change out the color of the lighting to warmer tones (it’s very ‘cold white’) and not use such a heavy scented cleaners. They have so many chemicals that can irritate the lungs. With the window closed, it was overwhelming! I ended up putting the ironing board between the curtain and the opened window so that I could sleep, which was great because it was the beautiful Lake Tahoe scent!
