The property is due a facelift but the rooms are still nice. I had a studio this time, it was meh, a bit too noisy due to pool. I think prop needs more hot tubs. One night someone broke glass so that shut down pool. Love steam and sauna. Proximity to Heavenly is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful if you ask. I can’t believe they shortened the checkout time. It is now 10 AM and then they act like they’re giving you a prize to let you check out at 11. It’s preposterous for the price they’re charging per night.

The resort is super accessible. The ski valet is great! Remember to drop your gears off at the valet and pick up at Heavenly Sports near Gondola. It's super convenient.

I felt like I was one of the owners

great room; large & comfy. big bathroom; great shower/jacuzzi bath; big kitchen supplied very well. great coffee with all the amenities. two comfort zones operated by thermostat. quiet space. loved the "security" of access to rooms. easy access to gondola. love the free "ski closet" provided by the facility. I really appreciate all the love and respect that everyone and every business granted to Retired Veterans! very kind!

Excellent location: walkable distance to the skating rink, gondola, cinema, shops. Great jacuzzi and pool for the kids, with sauna and steam room for the parents after the day of skiing. With the full kitchen, it felt like home away from home.

Nothing grand

Toilet seat was broken and was annoying to deal with. Front desk issued keys that didn’t work three different times. The topper was being denied late checkout of an hr due to too many people asking. Worst part was this location was chosen for how close it was to my work. No love for locals apparently. Only given excuses on how occupancy was high. Which is not my problem and never should be.
