Could never get hot water in shower; just warm. On 3rd day, the toilet plugged. I called guest services & was told maintenance was “not there.” I asked for a toilet plunger so I could do it & was told they didn’t have a key to where the plunger was kept. Seriously?!? We had to go down & use the lobby bathrooms. No apology. Nothing. On a positive note, Dulce, the attendant at breakfast was the nicest most helpful person I’ve met in a long time. Please give her a raise! Still, we won’t stay there again.

Everything was great! This place is always so nice to stay at. The only downside was that we weren’t called back when we asked for a late check out and they gave us the wrong pool hours. Still a 5 star experience tho!

Not so great stayed....this time roo. 213

The room 213 smell like elevotor oil whe. You step in a elevator. A long hair was on the wall of the bathroom shower head wall. The toilet chain was coming off on every single flush and the water kept running, very annoying I had stayed at rhis particular hotelmany times, with no problems before. I was told that they were totally booked when I ask for the room to be change to a higher floor when at checking, I did not bother go back. I am a Gold member at the hotel chain. Very disappointed stay. The restbof the times excellent place . I hope this was just a one off experience.

Good place to stay

There were a couple issues with the room. The mail lamp in the sitting area was broken and they could t fix/replace it the first night but it never did happen. The shower hardly had any water pressure so that was hard. We enjoy the breakfast that is surveys and the pool although the early closing time is not appreciated.

Nice clean well maintained Hotel. Very comfortable lobby, Dining and Breakfast area, Bar and Laundry room. Easy In and out and convenient to all stores, the Mall and other Restaurants. Would stay at this Hotel anytime we are in the area.

Great property to stay at. Staff was great. The suite was very nice. Excellent bathroom products. My only complaint about the hotel is i expected the indoor pool to be heated. But we still went for a swim.

This hotel is amazing! I loved our room, the layout was beautiful. It has a gorgeous foyer. The front desk male employee was super accommodating and nice. The pool was great and open late. The hot tub was hot! The bed was heavenly. I enjoyed the little things such as the bar, breakfast and dinner vouchers. The toiletries were all sulfate and paraben free. Would stay here again 5 ⭐️
