Horrible room , it was like half a room. Like just the bedrooms only of a suite. It was super uncomfortable and the guest in the suite with the conjoined room door kept trying to get in. It’s a nice hotel just maybe for women travelers they should be more conscious of the rooms they choose

Great but don’t plan on the restaurant

Restaurant closed early and after doing 22 mile hike I was banking on it being open. No other offers made by hotel to compensate.

Only problem is no refrigerator in room. I had medication that needed to be kept cold. The happy hour was nice and we ordered food which was very impressive. Drinks from the bar were fabulous. Would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Bad experience

The family was on the last day of 11 daya on the road. We were excited to stay at Embassy Suites but our check immediately went wrong. Theres was $200 fee. We paid . We checkin the room and was pretty hot. The Ac was not on and it wsnr turning on. It took three hours for the room to get cool. While waiting for the AC we had the door opened. The manatiance guy provided a fan. Which we appreciated. By now it was almost 11pm. My boys were laid down for the night. We were tired. I decided to take a shower. Once i starting showering the drainage cloth and immediately water rose to may half foot. I was standing in my water. It was so uncomfortable. I didnt wash my hair. Got out and went down to the iffice and the lady wasnt veey nice. She wouldnt chnaged our room at that point but she offered a matiance guy to work on the tub. It was midnight by now. I refused the help and told her i was gonna talk to manger in the morning. Morning came. Meet with the manger. He couldnt take any consideration for anything I had to say. He said the tub was not lke that when we checked in. He blamed me for the tub and that j should've ask for another room . My experience was very uncomfortable. I think we were treaded badly.
