Although we had a reservation, the hotel allowed the previous guest to check out at 5 pm, which meant we were made to wait until after 6:30 pm to check in as it had to be cleaned. After a long day on the road, this was unacceptable, but we had no choice. I've never heard of this before, and was very disappointed. Otherwise, it was fine.

The place seems nice and clean. But when I walked into the room, I noticed the bed was full size and not a queen as described, and it would move. The bed was not comfortable.
