We had to have housekeeping come and clean our room due to hair being on the pillow as well as the toilet. I’m sure this was inadvertently done when the room was being cleaned before we arrived. They came promptly and gave us a 100 dollar food credit which was nice.

Only one store and restaurant was open 24hours. The drink package could only be used at certain locations in the facility but you had to have reservations. I get a knock on my door at 2-3 am due to us talking to loud because the neighbors was minding someone else’s business that was loud and bumping the security thought it was us and we had just gotten up and heard it also but it’s Vegas so we continued with what we were doing. Staffing not helpful. This was my 5th time and my fiancé 1st time but it was not a good experience for it to be a resort, I should have stayed at one of the ones I stayed at before like New York New York etc…also the drinks were supposed to be free at certain places for the 150 voucher but I had to charge it to my room and that got screwed up. Will not visit again, I paid too much money for the horrible time.
