Resort world is my number 1 choice when comes to Vegas but rooms aren’t same quality when it comes to cleanness . To much dust and stains carpets are not as clean as it use to be ! I had them change my room air conditioner filter it was very very bad and clogged up! dust everywhere. They should keep pushing their housekeeping to do better job when comes to cleaning ! Cleaner they keep happier and more returning clients they will get !

For context, we have stayed there at least twice a year for the last 4 years and every stay has been great. This time things were just different. The facilities looked a bit tired and warn out, the room was nice, but things like curtains, corners of the walls and shower doors....were rough and in need of attention. Our shower would not drain and the fixtures were loose. On our second night, after a very mediocre dinner at Kusa Nori we got a surprise 4AM wake up call from the hotel maintenance team alerting us that a guest several floors up had flooded their room and they needed to send a team to inspect our room, oh and the inspectors were outside. So after hustling to get ourselves awake, get some lights on, we had two maintenance team members in our room inspecting our floors, bedroom, closet carpets for moisture. They were very polite and apologetic but that completely killed any chance of getting anymore sleep that night. Later in the AM, I went to talk to the manager about the incident and hinted that it would be nice of them to buy our breakfast or at least coffee for the disruption. Not sure he got it, or really understands how to take care of customers, or cares...he basically offered us a late check out as if that was some grand gesture. I let him know we were there for work and checking out, so that did nothing for us. Hoping they figure it out and reach out to remedy things, we liked staying there and a little goes a long way to repeat customers happy.

I've stayed there many times in the last couple of years. I love the hotel and all it has to offer. The check-in process is the worst thing about thew hotel. Not enough staff and the process is too long.

Bed was terrible, room not the cleanest, and was told I get $150 food and drink credit! But didn’t give me the apparently the chosen restaurants. So they charged me at check out! Not a good stay at all!
