Quick getaway

The Conrad was amazing, me and my wife got an upgraded view from strip that was awesome. We were able to check in early for a small fee of $50 but that was ok. Pool was nice and relaxing, casino was good, lots of amenities only complaints was housekeeping left some hairs from previous guests in bathroom and chocolate on floors. But nice stay overall I'll definitely come back

1st night air conditioning didn’t work. Couldn’t fix it next day, room changed which caused inconvenience. 2nd and 3rd night stay okay. Didn’t provide glasses and bathroom supplies like Q-tip. Only 2 facial towels and bath towels provided. I’ve been staying in Conrad many times in the last few years. I felt the quality of service and hospitality is declining. Not a very pleasant stay this time.

Got upgraded to Crockfords from a stay booked at Conrad and WOW what a difference. You can’t tell from the photos but a stay at the Crockfords is a major upgrade. Had the best time and will be booking a room at Crockfords from now on. Walk in closet, soaking tub, bidet in the bathroom, amazing bed and private pool for Crockfords guests only.

It was everything I wanted it to be and more, definitely get what you pay for plenty of shopping , pools, restaurants and bars , clubs and gambling , honestly didn’t even need to leave the resort, a fat tuesdays right outside … can’t say enough great things about this location. And if you do feel like exploring the strip just walk two blocks down Vegas blvd and there it is . Recommend to anyone wanting to have a good time in Las Vegas !!!

I like the suite. It was very large and the decor was tasteful. The face cloths were dirty and stained on two occasions; not to mention, they were hard as a rock. Toiletries were not replenished as they were used. Turn down Service did not occur until my last night of the entire week. Housekeeping failed to vacuum and or do a basic sweep of the floors daily. My credit card was charged every night random amounts for incidentals. When I inquired, they said they do a nightly hold, but could not tell me why the amount changed from my night to tonight. I never charged a single thing on my card in my entire stay.
