The property was nice. We stayed on the ninth floor and after we passed room 912, it was a bad mildew spell of wet carpet, all the way to our room(920), and our sink and tub had a slow drain. I reported this problem and it was never fixed! Other that that, the property is beautiful.

Hotel was nice! They were a bit pushy on the timeshare. Don't fall for the welcome package it was a 15 minute waste of time tocget you sign up for a timeshare presentation. The shower was clogged and water backed up only issue really.

The hotel was great, and family oriented. The staff was very friendly and willing to help and communicated well. The cleaning of the rooms was average, if I'm being honest. Some days were great, others were sub par. Overall the price and value for the entire stay was great.

I chose the hotel based on the pool. The size & equipment in the exercise room was great. I was very disappointed there wasn't a single restaurant, only a poolside bar with some food options.

The room was really nice and the parking garage was near the building. The staff was very attentive and kind and the space was just very inviting. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
