The room was clean and spacious. However the hotel advertised “breakfast included “. However they serve a terrible “breakfast”. Something you get out of a vending machine at a truck stop. They should NOT call this a breakfast.

A bit bizarre…. On check in, you’re told that if you want to pay cash for your resort fees and expenses, it’ll cost you more…. But then you can settle in cash once they’re refunded your card that they’ve already charged. We weren’t told about the “free breakfast” or any of the other free facilities, like the gym and fitness room - we only SAW the ping pong and pool table as we were checking out and someone by chance was walking out of the room containing it. They’re actually more focussed on getting you checked in and then immediately (cases in hand) trying to book you in for a tour of their time share apartments rather than your actual current stay that your supposed to be looking forward to. We arrived by car and the valet guys were busy chatting to themselves and made no effort to offer us parking, or even where to park whilst checking in. We didn’t have a whirlpool in our room, and I was running the vegas marathon on the Sunday, so booked into the spa for a massage, and expected a jacuzzi or whirlpool in there, but even the steam room wasn’t very steamy, and the male female ones were separate, so as a couple we couldn’t relax together…. The shower in the spa was useless, it kept falling down…. And the “custom” massage I booked wasn’t custom at all…. Having told the masseuse my back was fine, it was my marathon legs that needed attention, she spent less time on those than anything else. Disappointing. Final morning was noisy with construction work On our final night

Rooms are great for familys. Staff ok but they trick you into going to a presentation telling you it was only 15 minutes, promising points if you attend. Then they will offer you something. They will try to force by not letting you go that easy.

Bell Hoppers and Housekeeping are so friendly and inviting! Rooms were clean and very accommodating, however my Aunt was on the 24th floor and said there was loud construction going on at 8am. The front desk should have mentioned this on their Expedia ad. The front desk didn’t have a room to move her and the construction was Mon-Fri, but still a rude awakening after a long drive. The breakfast vouchers are terrible. It’s a wrapped up Jimmy Dean sandwich with your choice of ham or sausage, a pastry, one orange juice and a coffee/tea. My son doesn’t eat cheese and they didn’t have one without cheese, he was bummed out he couldn’t eat a sandwich. Save your money for a better breakfast and pass up the breakfast option. Also, the marketplace has ridiculous prices and the ice machine on our floor was not working. I love the room, the pools, the hot tubs, the scenery, but the little things do add up for a family on vacation. I will probably choose another hotel next time. I recommend families to look elsewhere too.

They pushed to get you to sit for one of their marketing presentations. After several times saying no they backed off. Large room for the price and daily house keeping which is rare post covid. The deuces bus stop right outside the hotel
