Nice big room and comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice too. Only problem I had was cosmetic in my room. Vanity was in need of paint and the casino as a whole, smelled like cigarettes. Nothing you can do about that. Really enjoyed the stay however and will definately go back!

We asked for every other day room service and instead someone came in the room everyday. There was a blue gel pill on the floor next to the bed that was there when we first got in the room. It was never picked up or vacuumed. We were there for NFR. There was supposed to be a free shuttle that ran every 20 minutes between the Rio and horseshoe. We took the shuttle and was waiting to return at 330. The shuttle bus arrives at 335 and said that we already missed any return shuttle and had to figure out our own way. Totally unacceptable.
