Why did you replace humans for machines. Couldn't get no human to help me with my check in. The machine gave me the wrong room and when i called customer service it was a robot automated service. I demand a refund. Dont recommended this garbage of a hotel. And they charge you a resort fee for i dont know what reason if the pool was closed and your wifi wasnt working properly. This place is scamming people. Stay away

Overall nice clean room. Did not like 1st night they did not have room ready so they put us in room with no view. Changed the next day. Did not get discount for room mixup or inconvenience of having to change diring trip.

Like that is was a good location. Dislike was paying a resort fee and the pool was closed for the winter which is expected but lower the cost of the fee for that time of year. Mold in the bathroom. Countertops chipped. Floor dirty and smelly. Rooms hot. Doesn’t get lower than 68

Wish I would have better timing with the maids left my room first two days around 10:00 thinking they would be coming after that. Didn't show up until well in the afternoon 2:30-3 pm. Nothing against them just poor timing.

Food options were too limited and of moderate qualuty. Checkin is made rediculously difficult for staff and customers due to process of handling early checkin and cue for kiosk. Kiosk users are in the same line as regular checkin. Allowing checkin with later access to keys by using a kiosk would facilitate this. Also a separate line for the kiosks is really needed.

This is the best location on the strip, so many things to do and all within walking distance. Just pop over to Cafe Americano for the best fish n chips and espresso martini.
