Horseshoe LasVegas

Greta location, view of sphere and high roller. Exterior windows did need to cleaned. Halls carpets could use cleaning or updating. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed with towels and soaps. Easy self check in kiosk, text message concierge, and text express check out. Nice coffee cafe for a quick morning coffee and pastries. Shuttle bus for Las Vegas market and uber easy location. I will be back.

We liked the location. It was nice to know that when weather isn't great that you can walk through to Paris Casino without going outdoors. We just had a so so room but hope next to get a good view.

The front desk was understaffed and all the automatic kiosks were broken. It took 45 minutes to check in. The staff was obviously overworked, but they were also very rude. Large pieces of trash were on the floor in my room. The shower floor had a lot of pubic hair on it.

I was good. The only slightly downside was the toilet paper It was very thin and fragile. Had to use a lot at a time and then your finger still, at times, poked through. Why are we paying for parking with the room rates and resort fees what they are? Maybe parking could be included in the resort fees.

I was supposed to get a fountain view through my reservation I did not. Now the view was nice. My room the wall paper was coming off the wall and there was a stain on the window in a dark red color. The bathroom was not the cleanest

The sink stopper in our room was broken and it wouldn’t drain which was gross when we were brushing teeth and stuff. I’m sure they would have fixed it but it was after midnight when we discovered it. Also the lampshades were askew/broken which is a pet peeve. But the staff was all really nice and helpful.
