The location was excellent in the heart of the strip. The facility was dirty, our room was dirty, there were extra charges for everything, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't go back, could be a decent place but management, policies, and staff have ruined it and made it not worth staying there.

This is my second time staying at The Horseshoe and it was another great stay! The staff were very helpful. I love the location of the hotel on the strip. It’s right beside the LINQ Promenade and near all the best hotels for food.

We checked in early which may have been not the best idea. Our room was ok. The bathroom not clean. An eyelash, hair in the shower. Plus I paid more for a junior suit and it looked like a standard room. Plus the pool was only open Friday through Sunday and it was hot. So we used the next door pool at the Paris.
