Upon arrival at 2:45, our room was not available. We had to wait 30 min. The room was hot and stuffy. The body wash in the shower was empty. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. The breakfast was average. The coffee was warm, not hot as it should be. The room keys kept malfunctioning.

The front desk staff was never in sight. All interactions with them, they were not smiling or inviting. The breakfast gal was amazing and the housekeepers were friendly. Just front desk staff did not seem too happy to be at work. Not just to us, but to other customers when observed.

I discovered bedbugs in my room on the evening of my second day. I notified the front desk and they offered to move me to another room. I gave it a try but upon entering the room they moved me to the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was too much and I decided to leave the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel in the common areas and pool was poor. I would not recommend this hotel and have filed a claim to be reimbursed for my stay.

Room was not clean (bathroom and carpet), unmatched spotty paint on the walls, broken secondary lock on the door. It looked like someone had broken thru the door because the area behind the latch plate was completely broken out and hollow. We checked to make sure the latch plate was secure and it seemed to be. It was late so we placed a chair in a position to use as a secondary lock. Indoor pool was cold and jacuzzi was lukewarm. Breakfast was good and area was clean.
